睡覺時雙腿癢癢似蟲咬？ 原來是…
是否有過睡覺時，雙腿好像有蟲在咬、癢癢的、不安地動來動去？小心可能是一種睡眠問題「不寧腿症候群」，睡眠專科醫師提醒，不寧腿症候群常發生在缺鐵、貧血、腎功能不全的人，除了夜晚睡不好，白天也會常常覺得沒睡飽，民眾若懷疑自身有此症狀可參考以下內容自我檢查，必要時應就醫確診。
◆「不寧腿症候群」
通常發生在傍晚至夜晚，並且這時期症狀會加劇。尤其是躺在床上預備就寢時，會感到雙腿不安、睡不好。有些人會察覺這個問題，但有些人無法察覺，可請家人、配偶於睡眠時協助觀察，若在睡著雙腿一直不安地動來動去，有以下症狀者，則可懷疑是「不寧腿症候群」。
主要症狀是小腿肚、腳背、腳底會有疼痛或不舒服感覺，有些人會覺得像被蟲咬、癢或發熱感。當雙腿感到不舒服時，會忍不住一直動，睡著之後，雙腿也會無意識地一直動，若環境溫度下降，就會感到舒服些。除了睡眠時，平常也會有這類異常感覺出現，但只要動動雙腿，這種不舒服的感覺就會消失。
◆好發於貧血、腎功能不全者
貧血、腎功能不全、心臟功能不全、類風溼性關節炎、帕金森氏症病人都可能會發生「不寧腿症候群」。
此外，因為週期性地彎曲單側或兩側足關節，因此約有六至八成「不寧腿症候群」患者會合併「週期性四肢運動障礙」。
醫師也補充提醒，一天之中症狀出現的時機點代表不同程度的疾病嚴重度。雙腿的感覺異常若僅發生在夜晚，則屬輕微；若傍晚開始就有症狀，屬於中等嚴重；若從中午開始到夜晚一直有症狀，則為重症，重症者可能連帶有長期失眠、憂鬱甚至自殺傾向，故不可忽視「不寧腿症候群」背後的危險。
